Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring interaction with customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

• Direct the work of team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach and supervise food and beverage preparation according to standards.
• Maintain quality and safety in food handling and service.
• Support cash handling and store safety procedures.
