Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Ability to learn quickly
• Effective oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Provide quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety
• Coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes, including customization
• Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate the work of two or more team members
• Support customers and maintain a warm, friendly atmosphere during shifts
