Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• At least six months leading or coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized orders
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes
• Direct store operations, including cash handling and safety procedures
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance and adapt to flexible hours
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate efforts of two or more employees
• Foster a welcoming, customer-focused store environment
