• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and supervise team to ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members and maintain smooth store operations.
• Ensure cash handling, store safety and adherence to policies during shifts.
