Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with craft and heart to keep the store welcoming.
• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks for two or more partners.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food production to standard recipes.
• Maintain quality beverages, food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
