Qualifications

• 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes (and customize when needed).
• 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build relationships.
