Qualifications

• Six months or more in a role interacting with customers
• Ability to delegate tasks to and coordinate two or more employees
• Direct the work of others and coach team members
• Strong oral communication and retail environment awareness

Responsibilities

• Lead team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes
• Ensure quality, safety and store policies are followed
• Provide welcoming, high-level guest service and resolve issues on shift
• Manage shift execution including staffing and task assignment
