Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role involving regular interaction with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety to standard.
• Coach and train team members to follow recipes and customer service standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
