Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or with customer modifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Coach and coordinate tasks of team members during shifts.
• Maintain store policies, cash handling, and safety standards.
