Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly while maintaining store standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Lead shift as supervisor, ensuring high-quality beverages and food to standard recipes
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain efficient operations
• Ensure cash handling, safety, and security procedures are followed
• Create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere that supports customer connection
