Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Experience maintaining store policies and standards, including cash handling and safety (Starbucks context)

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Direct and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Coordinate tasks and delegate to team members to ensure smooth store operation
