Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming store environment for the community. You will supervise a team, uphold quality beverages and food to standard recipes, and coach others to deliver warm customer experiences.

You’ll oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, handle cash and safety compliance, and partner with partners to create a consistent, friendly coffeehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Direct and coach staff to meet quality and service standards.
