Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring our coffeehouse remains a welcoming space for the community. You will guide team members, coach standard beverage/food preparation, and uphold store policies and safety during all shifts.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train staff to meet quality standards while delivering warm customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality with/without accommodations
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Maintain quality beverages and food, cash handling, store safety and security
• Minimum 6 months experience handling customer requests
• Minimum 6 months experience delegating tasks to others (2+ staff)

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members and ensure tasks are completed to standard
• Coach staff on beverage/food preparation and recipe consistency
• Ensure customer service excellence and store safety during shifts
• Maintain clean, welcoming store environment and proper cash handling
