Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards for beverages, food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months' experience interacting with customers.
• Six months' experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make Starbucks stores welcoming for the community.
• Direct and coach team members in beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and maintain store safety and security.
• Balance cash and handle transactions in line with store policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a collaborative team environment.
