Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role with constant customer interaction
• At least six (6) months experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to follow standard recipes and customize beverages and food per customer requests

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and store policies
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
