Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Follow store policies including cash handling and safety.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members on beverage preparation.
• Ensure quality beverages and food are prepared to standard.
