The role emphasizes dependable attendance, flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and adherence to store policies, safety protocols, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety.
• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role or similar.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work of team members during shifts.
• Ensure beverages and food are prepared to standard recipes and quality is consistent.
• Uphold store safety, security and cash-handling procedures.
• Foster a welcoming environment and build relationships with customers and the community.
