Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard recipes or customer modifications.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety with standard policies.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members to meet store needs and guest expectations.
