Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure quality beverages and foods, and maintain a welcoming store environment for the community. You will guide team members, uphold store policies, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies including cash handling and safety requirements
