Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more teammates.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming store.
• Coach barista and food prep to standard recipes and customer specs.
• Monitor store policies, safety, cash handling and security.
• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks.
• Deliver quality beverages and food while providing exceptional service.
