Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations and provide a welcoming space for customers. You will craft beverages and supervise a team to meet quality standards and service expectations in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members.
• Maintain standards for quality beverages and food products; ensure cash handling and safety.
