Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position with regular customer interaction.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Cash handling and store safety, following policies and standards.
• Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks store for the community.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Ensure quality beverages and food and maintain store safety and security.
• Uphold customer service standards and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
