Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays
• Provide quality beverages and food per recipes, with or without customization
• Six months of customer-facing experience
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers
• Direct and coordinate the work of team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Coach and develop team members to uphold quality and safety standards
