Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others (2+ employees)
• Ability to lead with strong communication and teamwork
• Knowledge of store safety, cash handling, and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space
• Prepare and coach beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work across the shift
• Ensure store policies, safety, and security are followed
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with the community
