Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.

• Works well individually and in leading a team.

• Ability to perform assigned duties with accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to move products in coolers/freezers and stand for long periods.
• English language proficiency for communication.
• Pre-employment background check and drug test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Working with customers — provide excellent customer service and engage with customers; greet and thank each customer; support peak hours; handle complaints quickly and courteously; conduct accurate transactions.
• Day-to-day store operations — assist in all aspects of store operation including daily reporting, banking, inventory, bookkeeping, fuel management, and maintaining clean facilities; manage open/close and food programs.
• Merchandising and sales — execute marketing programs, price and stock merchandise, implement promotions, and keep front-facing displays attractive.
• Supervising — oversee shifts in the absence of the manager; train new employees and participate in performance evaluations and discipline as needed; promote food service and safety.
• Communication — maintain timely professional communication with customers, vendors, coworkers, and management.
• Financial Responsibility — understand store finances; control shortages; participate in audits; aim to meet sales and expense goals; perform cash handling and inventory controls.
• Teamwork — maintain professionalism; assist in recruiting and training; ensure compliance with regulations across store operations.
• Working with technology — operate POS systems and other devices; perform shift reporting and math calculations.
