Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the aviation industry
• 6 months of experience must be equivalent to an Airline Service Agent to include ticketing and/or Ramp Services support
• initial/advanced Operations Services training required by the individual airlines within probationary period

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee Customer Service and Ramp Services for contracted and charter flights
• Direct and train assigned Agents and conduct ongoing training
• Implement departmental policy for operations and advise leadership on policy issues
• Coordinate Services with air carrier personnel, station managers, and TSA
• Train and operate equipment such as loading bridges, baggage carts, and related gear
• Ensure compliance with FAA/TSA regulations and company rules
• Prepare verbal and written reports on service activities and agents
• Update MUFIDS and coordinate flight information communication
• Coordinate with airport, airline dispatch, and flight captain on manifests, weight/balance, fueling, and weather packages
• Handle billing, payment updates, cash handling, and supply orders
