Manage a positive customer relation with all corporate employees.Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Shift Supervisor (Automotive Quality):Develop all new employees in conjunction with Territory/Area Manager in accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environmentMaintain the daily schedule of all personnel and the lines in which will be functioning that day. Work closely with Territory/Area Manager to assure coverage is available when neededOversee payroll/timesheet logs are collected daily. Enter all hours and daily reports into eValidate on a daily basisConduct corrective counseling in regard to employees, review all requests for releases with Territory/Area Manager and Human ResourcesOversee all training and personnel including quality inspectors and team leaders.
