Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Experience with quality systems and process improvement.
• Familiarity with digital systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of quality inspectors to ensure performance and quality standards.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and quality processes.
• Monitor production processes and drive improvements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Coach and provide feedback to staff; address performance concerns in partnership with HR.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet production needs.
• Enter and manage time and production data in company systems.
