Quality Supervisor - Day & Night Shift Available

Location: Sharonville, OH 45241

Starting Pay: $21/hr

*Same pay for both Day & Night Shift*

Day Schedule: 6:30 AM - 7 PM

Night Schedule: 6:30 PM - 7 AM

Job Overview

The Site Quality Inspection Supervisor oversees the daily shifts of quality inspectors and material handlers.

Key Site-Specific Responsibilities

• Quality Auditing: Supervise the inspection, testing, and sorting of transmission gears, torque converters, and housing components based on the company's specific Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Controlled Shipping & Level II Containment: Manage Level II Controlled Shipping protocols (CS2) when defective or non-conforming part batches are flagged from suppliers.
• Fast-Paced Dock & Sequencing Coordination: Coordinate cross-docking, part sequencing, and dunnage management to match the just-in-time (JIT) production schedule of the Sharonville facility.
• Team Leadership & Safety: Supervise a team of hourly inspectors, enforce strict PPE rules, and oversee safe operation of stand-up forklifts or pallet jacks within the containment areas.
• Real-Time Data Reporting: Use the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS) and EDI networks to immediately report defect rates, part sort counts, and pass/fail metrics directly to the site managers and supplier representatives.

Qualifications & Technical Profile

• Automotive Credentials: 3+ years managing automotive quality containment or logistics, with direct exposure to automotive standards like IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
• Tool & Blueprint Literacy: Expertise reading automotive blueprint schematics and utilizing precision gauges, micrometers, and calipers for checking metal tolerances.
• Client-Facing Communication: Strong professional communication skills
