Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and conducting quality system audits.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate hourly personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate work activities of hourly production employees.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Administer disciplinary action as needed.
