Job summary

Waffle House in Zebulon, GA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to deliver the Waffle House experience by leading the restaurant team and ensuring quick, friendly service. You will supervise servers and cooks, coaching staff to perform at a high level while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include coaching, maintaining cleanliness, and being available for weekend and holiday shifts to meet customer demand. Entry level roles welcome; 16+ eligible to apply.

Qualifications

• Entry level, no experience required.
• Must have a positive and friendly attitude.
• Teens welcome but must be 16 years old +.

Responsibilities

The Role:

As a Shift Supervisor, your job is all about delivering the Waffle House experience to your Customers.

1. You can expect to be on your feet taking customer orders, preparing food to order, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming
2. We have a team environment
3. We need you to be a leader and a team player, delivering effective coaching to the Server and Cook teams
4. Our busiest time is the weekends, so we’ll ask you to be available to work some weekends as well as some holidays
