Job summary

Waffle House in Maryland is hiring immediately for a Shift Supervisor to deliver the Waffle House experience to customers. You will lead a team, coach servers and cooks, and ensure a clean, welcoming restaurant.

8. In addition to the base compensation range listed above, eligible Shift Supervisors can earn a tenure bonus of $0.50- $3.20 per hour, plus a shift production bonus

The Role:

As a Shift Supervisor, your job is all about delivering the Waffle House experience to your Customers.

1. You can expect to be on your feet taking customer orders, preparing food to order, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming
2. We have a team environment
3. We need you to be a leader and a team player, delivering effective coaching to the Server and Cook teams
4. Our busiest time is the weekends, so we’ll ask you to be available to work some weekends as well as some holidays

Shift Supervisor Requirements:
