Job summary

Waffle House in Pleasant View, TN is looking for a Shift Supervisor to deliver the Waffle House experience and guide a team of servers and cooks. You will oversee order taking, food prep to order, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

We value a positive attitude and team leadership. Weekend and some holiday availability are required as part of the role. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Entry level, no experience required.
• Must have a positive and friendly attitude.
• Teens welcome but must be 16 years old +.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders, prepare food to order, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming.
• Provide coaching to Server and Cook teams and lead the team in a busy environment.
• Be available for weekends and some holidays as needed.

The Role:

As a Shift Supervisor, your job is all about delivering the Waffle House experience to your Customers.

1. You can expect to be on your feet taking customer orders, preparing food to order, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming
2. We have a team environment
3. We need you to be a leader and a team player, delivering effective coaching to the Server and Cook teams
4. Our busiest time is the weekends, so we’ll ask you to be available to work some weekends as well as some holidays
