Job summary

Waffle House in Conroe, TX is hiring immediately for a Shift Supervisor. You will lead a team, coach servers and cooks, and ensure the famous Waffle House experience for every guest.

No prior experience required for entry level, but a positive, friendly attitude is essential. Teens 16+ welcome. Expect a fast-paced, team-driven environment with weekend and holiday shifts; benefits include insurance, PTO, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Waffle House experience to customers.
• Take orders, prepare food to order, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming.

• Be available for weekends and some holidays during peak times.

The Role:

As a Shift Supervisor, your job is all about delivering the Waffle House experience to your Customers.

1. You can expect to be on your feet taking customer orders, preparing food to order, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming
2. We have a team environment
3. We need you to be a leader and a team player, delivering effective coaching to the Server and Cook teams
4. Our busiest time is the weekends, so we’ll ask you to be available to work some weekends as well as some holidays
