Job summary

Waffle House is hiring a Shift Supervisor to deliver the classic Waffle House guest experience. You will lead a team, coach Server and Cook staff, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. This entry-level role values a positive attitude and teamwork, with weekend and some holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Entry level, no experience required.
• Must have a positive and friendly attitude.
• Teens welcome but must be 16 years old +

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and assist in food preparation to order.
• Keep the restaurant clean and welcoming for guests.
• Provide coaching to Server and Cook teams as a leader in a team environment.
• Be available to work weekends and some holidays during peak times.

The Role:

As a Shift Supervisor, your job is all about delivering the Waffle House experience to your Customers.

1. You can expect to be on your feet taking customer orders, preparing food to order, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming
2. We have a team environment
3. We need you to be a leader and a team player, delivering effective coaching to the Server and Cook teams
4. Our busiest time is the weekends, so we’ll ask you to be available to work some weekends as well as some holidays
