Responsibilities

Design and implement infrastructure to support research, including logistics and budgeting.
Oversee IT resources, mentor personnel, prioritize work, and coordinate with broader corporate tech resources.
Procure resources and maintain vendor relationships to support infrastructure.
Brief technical solutions to clients in non-technical terms.
Navigate client approval processes and prepare required formats and documentation.
Develop standard operating procedures and training for infrastructure use.
Provide backup to Program Manager and manage client contracts artifacts at both client and corporate levels.
