Job summary

Kinney Drugs, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to lead in the absence of store management and to ensure smooth daily operations in the Harrietstown location.

The role includes supervising staff, handling opening/closing tasks, resolving customer issues, and completing required training.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or GED) or currently enrolled.
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher.
• Preferred: 2+ years previous experience in related position.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management.
• Supervise store crew by directing and following up on activities in the absence of store management.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Duties

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation

$17.00-18.50 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
