Job summary

ProAct, Inc. located in New York seeks a Supervisor to provide leadership during the absence of store management and to help ensure smooth daily operations and high customer service standards. The role emphasizes opening/closing procedures and crew guidance to maintain efficiency and service quality.

You will also represent management in resolving customer issues and must complete all mandatory training programs. Initial screenings include a drug test and ongoing eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher.
• Preferred: 2+ years experience in related position.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Open and close procedures in the absence of management.
• Supervise store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Represent management to resolve customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.

Job Duties

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

Compensation

$17.00-18.50 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
