Job summary

Waffle House is hiring a Shift Supervisor to help deliver the Waffle House experience to customers and maintain a welcoming environment.

The role focuses on leading the Server and Cook teams, coaching teammates, and ensuring smooth operations during busy weekends and holidays. Entry-level friendly with 16+ teen eligibility; strong teamwork encouraged.

Qualifications

• Entry level; no experience required.
• Must have a positive and friendly attitude.
• Teens welcome but must be 16+.

Responsibilities

• As a Shift Supervisor, deliver the Waffle House experience to customers.
• Lead and coach Server and Cook teams in a team environment.
• Be available to work weekends and some holidays.

The Role:

As a Shift Supervisor, your job is all about delivering the Waffle House experience to your Customers.

1. You can expect to be on your feet taking customer orders, preparing food to order, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming
2. We have a team environment
3. We need you to be a leader and a team player, delivering effective coaching to the Server and Cook teams
4. Our busiest time is the weekends, so we’ll ask you to be available to work some weekends as well as some holidays
