Job summary

Waffle House in the United States is hiring immediately for a Shift Supervisor to lead our restaurant team and deliver the Waffle House experience to guests.

You will be on your feet taking orders, preparing food to order, and keeping the dining area welcoming. You’ll coach the Server and Cook teams, thrive in a busy environment, and be available for weekends and some holidays. Entry level with a positive attitude preferred.

Qualifications

• Entry level role; no experience required.
• Must have a positive and friendly attitude.
• Teens welcome but must be 16 years old+

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders, prepare food to order, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming.
• Lead and coach server and cook teams to perform at their best.
• Be available to work on weekends and some holidays as needed.
• Contribute to a team-focused, friendly dining environment.

The Role:

As a Shift Supervisor, your job is all about delivering the Waffle House experience to your Customers.

1. You can expect to be on your feet taking customer orders, preparing food to order, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming
2. We have a team environment
3. We need you to be a leader and a team player, delivering effective coaching to the Server and Cook teams
4. Our busiest time is the weekends, so we’ll ask you to be available to work some weekends as well as some holidays
