Job summary

Waffle House in Collins, MS is hiring immediately for shift supervisors. You will lead a team, coach servers and cooks, and ensure the restaurant is clean and welcoming, especially during busy weekends.

No prior experience required for entry level roles; a positive attitude is essential. Teens are welcome at 16+ and weekly pay is available via direct deposit or pay card.

Responsibilities

The Role:

1. You can expect to be on your feet taking customer orders, preparing food to order, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming
2. We have a team environment
3. We need you to be a leader and a team player, delivering effective coaching to the Server and Cook teams
4. Our busiest time is the weekends, so we’ll ask you to be available to work some weekends as well as some holidays
