KFC in Sanford, ME is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations with energy and a focus on guest satisfaction. You will coach Team Members, manage shift tasks, and partner with the RGM to execute business initiatives while upholding food safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in restaurant or retail, 3 months in a shift lead role, is 18 or older, and can lift up to 50 lbs.

About the Job:As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet KFC's high standards. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
