Job summary

KF in Mobile, AL is seeking a Shift Lead to drive performance during busy shifts. You will coach Team Members, ensure tasks are completed, handle customer concerns, and uphold KFC standards for food quality and safety.

You will work closely with management to support scheduling, cash handling and inventory while maintaining a positive, fast-paced guest experience. Ideal candidates bring 1 year in restaurant/retail and 3 months of shift lead experience, strong communication, and reliable

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience required.
• 3 months of shift lead experience preferred.
• Able to manage cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess reliable transportation.

About the Job:As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet KFC's high standards. You'll take charge, resolving customer concerns and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your leadership will inspire others as you coach and guide your team to success. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
