Recovery Sports Grill Port St. Lucie is hiring. The role emphasizes serving or bartending experience with weekend and holiday availability to ensure outstanding guest service. Candidates must be 18+, hold Serve Safe and TIPS certifications, and be capable of handling cash and POS operations.

We seek team players who maintain professionalism, support managers in their absence, and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards across all restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Previous serving and/or bartending experience required.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, friendly service following company guidelines.
• Maintain a professional image and assist managers in their absence.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Help achieve sales, service, quality, and sanitation goals.
• Manage cash receipts per policy and operate POS systems.
• Enforce alcohol awareness on every shift and ensure guest safety.
• Fill in where needed to maintain guest service and efficiency.
• Verify received products meet unit counts and conditions.
• Address unsafe practices and comply with health and labor regulations.

COME AND JOIN OUR AMAZING TEAM!Minimum- must have previous serving and/or bartending experienceMost positions do require weekend and holiday availability.We are pleased to share the benefit options that we offer:Paid Time Off401K InvestmentReferral BonusAssociate Development Plan OpportunitiesInternal Promotion OpportunitiesMedical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Benefits, FSA and HSA account options available to Full-Time associatesRestaurant Discounts/Perks ProgramShift supervisor assists managers in all phases of restaurant operations including operation in absence of manager which include.Duties to include, but not limited to:Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines; is guest driven.Exhibits a professional image.Completes duties of managers in their absence.Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation.Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.Enforces alcohol awareness on a shift to shift basis.Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.Corrects unsafe practices or conditions.Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.Qualifications:Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.Can demonstrate knowledge of service and food and beverageServe Safe certification complete.TIPS certification complete.Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
