Job summary

Recovery Sports Grille Amsterdam LLC in Amsterdam, NY is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the management team and oversee daily restaurant operations. The role focuses on delivering prompt, friendly service and maintaining high standards in food preparation, safety, and guest experience.

The candidate will cover in managers' absence, supervise staff, ensure cash controls, and uphold health, safety, and alcohol awareness policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Serve Safe certification complete.
• TIPS certification complete.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in all phases of restaurant operations including coverage in their absence.
• Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines; guest driven.
• Ensure food and products are prepared and served according to recipes and standards.
• Support cash handling and reconciliation procedures per policies.
• Enforce alcohol awareness on a shift-to-shift basis.
