Job summary

PizzaCake by Buddy Valastro at Harrah’s Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will drive sales while controlling labor, food, and operating costs, and manage daily operations, scheduling, and inventory alongside the culinary team to ensure quality. 3+ years F&B supervisory experience and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of food and beverage supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with training, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Full knowledge of POS systems.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Pizzeria experience is a plus.
