Job summary

KFC Greenville, SC is seeking a Shift Lead to drive performance during busy hours, coaching Team Members and ensuring food safety and service standards. You will resolve guest concerns and uphold routines to deliver exceptional experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in restaurant/retail with 3 months in a shift lead, are 18+, and can manage cash, inventory and labor with a positive attitude. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

About the Job:As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet KFC's high standards. You'll take charge, resolving customer concerns and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your leadership will inspire others as you coach and guide your team to success. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
