Job summary

KFC in Jonestown, KY is looking for a Shift Lead to energize the team and uphold the brand’s standards during busy shifts. You’ll coach teammates, resolve customer concerns, and ensure guest satisfaction across all tasks from food prep to service.

You’ll work with the RGM on performance, training, and shop floor improvements while ensuring health and safety compliance and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs.
• Attends and maintains punctuality and reliability.
• Cash handling, security and inventory basics.

About the Job:As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet KFC's high standards. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
