Job summary

The Oaks Academy in Brownwood, Texas is hiring a Shift Supervisor to join the Site Management Team. You will oversee daily Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and Program Director, ensuring programs meet policy and licensing requirements.

Compensation starts at $60,000 per year, dependent on education and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match after 1 year, and PTO. Schedule is Sunday to Wednesday, 7am–7pm.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
• Must have full and direct supervision of a minimum of two full-time employees.

The Oaks Academy is a secure post-adjudication facility located in Brownwood, Texas that provides comprehensive services to young men (13-17), using a trauma-informed, strength-based, gender responsive model. Pay

$60,000.00 depending on relevant education and experience.

What you will do

The Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team. Primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director. Ensures ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. This position must have full and direct supervision of a minimum of two full-time employees.
