Braum's in Alma, AR is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a store team, coach crew members, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction during a rotating 3-week schedule. The role oversees food service, grocery, and fountain sales, with a 5:30 am to 3:00 pm shift and hourly compensation of $14.50–$15.00 (annual around $35,500–$37,000).

Reports to the Assistant Manager. Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a strong work ethic.

Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor - Management

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
